

We like to think of ourselves as the OG's of Shanghai pancake-in-a-cone movement. When we started back in 2016, 可丽饼 was still called 煎饼, and our Serbian boss was still known as “the 老外 who makes 煎饼.” Almost ten years later, we’re proud to say we did it first — and helped create a whole wave of crepe love across China. We make Serbian pancakes called palačinke — the Eastern European cousin of the French crepe. Our batter is milky, soft, and fluffy, offering pure comfort in every bite. We serve a wide palette of sweet and savory flavors. Our most loved classics are Nutella with banana or strawberry, while on the savory side, the star is our handmade roasted paprika sauce, Ajvar. It’s a Serbian tradition, and every jar is handmade by us following the recipe of our founder’s family!
